Welcome to Beauty Lab. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully
Booking, Cancelation, and No Show
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our online form, phone, or in-person. Services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.📅
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of your deposit and requiring a new deposit to rebook.
This policy ensures that our team can provide high-quality service and availability for all clients.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Late arrival fees may apply.
Eligibility & Consent
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services. Accurate medical and health information must be provided before any treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recent medical conditions/procedures, you must inform us before booking to ensure a safe and effective experience.
Beauty Lab reserves the right to refuse service if it is not safe or appropriate
Signed consent forms are required for all procedures. 🧾
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, and other approved payment methods. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
We do not offer refunds on services already performed. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the allowed window.
Medical & Liability
Treatments are performed by trained and licensed professionals. By receiving services, you acknowledge that all procedures carry some risk, including swelling, bruising, discomfort, or other minor side effects. Beauty Lab is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare or disclosing medical history.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders and updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.🔒
